We didn’t develop rtl support and you can check on themeforest site that we didn’t mention rtl support in the theme description. Only basic styles are included in the template to make customers’ work easier who decided to customize the theme additionally according to their language.

You mustn’t reupload files from Woocommerce plugin directory to the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/woocommerce as some woocommerce files are modified by use in there to make woocommerce pages look properly with our theme. If you delete or reupload those files whole design will be broken.
I’ve reuploaded our woocommerce folder from the theme package and now your site is working fine. Please clear browser cache and check.
Concerning the message of outdated copies, you can hide it. Old version can be written in the files in wp-content/themes/woopress/woocommerce directory, but it won’t affect your site, so you can be calm.

Unfortunately sidebar isn’t shown with Grid layout for blog page. You need select “Timeline” or “Small” layout in Theme Options > Blog Layout to make sidebar shown. Sorry for inconveniences.

You can hide that notice. It won’t affect your site. We modified some Woocommerce files and old version can be written there, but you shouldn’t worry.
Concerning the variable products, as I see you didn’t create attributed in Products > Attributes. Did you watch video tutorial from the previous post?
