I have bought this theme and using it on my site. It was good for a long time, but today I updated wordpress and suddenly the changes I made to the theme options are not working. Not even if I make the changes again and save it. The changes still stand in the options (like different bg color or logo) but I don’t see them on the front.

    Dear Eva Kemp,

I have updated the theme as stated above. Also exported the settings of the child theme and installed the original child theme as it is in the file. And then imported these settings, but nothing changes.

I now changed it back to the child theme called ‘Dews’ so the visitors see a semi proper site.

    Please help me out?

That is okay, if you are sure you also keep a backup of the current situation. I also have a backup of the current theme as is. I don’t have a backup of the settings though.

    Hello,

The problem was caused by the plugin Custom Facebook Feed Pro Smash. I’ve deactivated it. Please clear browser cache and check your site now.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,
this plugin was not tested and is not supported by our theme. If you want to use it with our theme anyway – you need to contact plugin developer for assistance.

    Regards,
    Stan Russell.
