    Hello,

    Sorry for a delay.
    Please update WordPress and all required plugins. You can download the latest versions here:
    https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
    Also the problem with coupon form is caused by one of your 3rd-party plugins. Please disable them and check the Checkout page after that. Clear browser cache before checking.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    The same issue persists with default WordPress theme too.
    In this case you have to ask the plugin developer regarding this issue via comments section http://codecanyon.net/item/slider-revolution-responsive-wordpress-plugin/2751380/comments or you have to buy their license to get premium support.

    According as to our company politics so to other developers on ThemeForest we don’t provide extending support or bugs fixes for 3rd-party plugins, even if they’re included in our theme. We can help you with different questions if a problem appears only with our theme. But if a problem persists with default WordPress theme and you need the plugin support you should buy a license and contact to their support team.

    Thank you for understanding.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    You didn’t update the theme and required plugins.
    This issue doesn’t persist in the latest theme version. So please update it.
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/classico/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
    Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    Please change permissions to 777 for the folder wp-content/uploads and for the folders inside the “uploads” directory. After that check images on the site.

    Hello,

    1. Please add this code in custom.css for fixed header:

    .fixed-header-area .header-logo {
        padding: 0px 0px !important;
    }

    Sorry, but I don’t see any problems with header on home page.

    2. The problem is caused by the code you added in Theme Options > Custom CSS:

    .header-type-5 {
       margin-top: -28px !important;
       margin-bottom: -48px !important;
    }

    Remove it and check header on other pages.

    3. Your last query is unclear. Could you please clarify what problems you have with the image?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello @witchcraftz,

    You showed demo page for Legenda theme, but you’re using Woopress theme.
    Try to change header type in Theme Options > Header.
    To make current header smaller try to use this code in custom.css:

    .header-type-18 .navbar {
        padding: 10px 0px !important;
    }
    .header-type-18 .menu {
        padding: 0px 0px !important;
    }

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    “Back to Shop” button redirects to Shop page where all products are shown. It is not supposed to redirect to your home page.
    If you want to redirect your visitors to home page instead of Shop page you need edit the file wp-content/themes/woopress/woocommerce/loop/no-products-found.php, find the code

    “> and change the link <?php echo get_permalink(woocommerce_get_page_id('shop')); ?> to your home page url.

    Regards,

    Hello,

    Please take our apologies but we don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme and we can’t implement all Woocommerce extensions into the theme because there is huge amount of them as you know.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    We’re sorry for a delay.
    The menu couldn’t be saved because you uploaded theme folder incorrectly. You uploaded the whole package “WooPress_Responsive_Ecommerce_Wordpress_Theme”, but you had to upload only the folder “woopress” that is located inside of this package. So I’ve moved “woopress” folder from wp-content/themes/WooPress_Responsive_Ecommerce_Wordpress_Theme to wp-content/themes directory. Please try to save your menu location now.

    As for the button for Register link, add this code in custom.css:

    .register-link {
      border: green solid 1px;
      border-radius: 6px;
      padding: 5px;
      background-color: green;
    }

    Write your color value.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    Please switch to default Twenty Fifteen theme and check backend search. Does the problem persist there too?
    To change search on frontend edit the file wp-content/themes/royal/woosearchform.php in line 15 and comment the code
    <input type="hidden" name="post_type" value="<?php esc_attr_e( etheme_get_option('search_post_type') ); ?>" />

    You’ll have default WordPress search.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
