    Hi there.

Sorry, I cannot do that. It is my customers server and he wont allow that. What I can do is send you any file you need to check.

    I can also send you a page-clone.

    Thanks

    Peter

    Hello,

The same issue persists with default WordPress theme too (activate Twenty Fifteen theme and check). You have to contact Woocommerce support concerning this issue.
Also you can try to edit the file wp-content/themes/woopress/woocommerce/loop/pagination.php in line 20 and change this piece of code esc_url_raw to esc_url. If it doesn’t help then contact Woocommerce team.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva.

This is a major bug in the theme. It may be WooCommerces fault. But are you really serious that I should sign up and pay the monthly membership only to address this issue?? While your thousands of customers probably experience same issue?

You as developers should be more concerned about delivering a super product – WooCommerces fault or not…

    Hello,

According as to our company politics so to other developers on ThemeForest we don’t provide extending support or bugs fixes for 3rd-party plugins, even if they’re included in our theme. We can help you with different questions if a problem appears only with our theme. But if a problem persists with default WordPress theme too (as it is) then you have to contact plugin authors.
Woocommerce is a free extension and you can submit a ticket https://www.woothemes.com/my-account/?redirect_to=/my-account/create-a-ticket/ (sign up for a free account).

    Thank you for understanding.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello Eva

You did not even take your time to try out on your own Live-preview server, where it works perfectly fine!

Also I have never met this problem on any other shops before.

AKA – it works on your own site. How about that!?

    Hello,

In this case we need FTP access to your site files. Could you please create FTP account for us just for that site?

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
