    Hello Eva and 8Theme,

    Congratulations on the new theme.

I am grateful if you would kindly confirm whether there has been an attack or threat to Word Press recently, and confirm whether providing solutions to the following is still allowed please:

    1. The revolution slider on my site is no longer showing any of the uploaded slides, other than the first one. The slides have been uploaded.

    2. The post grid feature does not open as a link to the actual post, is there a function that will allow for the creation of a link back option for the ‘Featured Article’.

I appreciate your support in this matter.

    Kind regards,

    Henry

    Hello,

    1. As I see slides are empty:
    http://storage3.static.itmages.com/i/15/0708/h_1436356988_2408951_9027f7f7f2.png
    Try to reupload them.

    2. I’ve checked the post “5 star London – Spa Verta” and the link on Blog page has been redirected to the full post page.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

I re-uploaded the slides. However, the image layer is not showing in the thumbnail, it is empty as reflected in your print screen attachment.

I have provided a print screen showing that the featured article link is not functional at present.

    Hello,

You selected incorrect “Data source” in Post Grid settings. You set “Page” and I’ve changed it to “Post”. Now your featured post is shown. Please clear browser cache and check.
I’ve uploaded background images for your slides and removed images layers. Now slider is working.
    Please check.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello Eva and 8Theme Support,

I created a new menu to be added to the footer of my site. However, every time I click save menu after adding a page, the screen goes blank.

I refreshed the screen a couple of times, however it just returns back to the nav-menu.php page without the saved pages.

I am grateful if you would kindly help me find a solution as ideally I require the Home, About, Blog, VIP Events, Shop, Contact, Privacy and Terms pages to be menu headings for the newly created Footer Menu.

    Thank you.

    Best regards,

    MthePro

    Hello,

Some plugin is causing the issue.
Please deactivate 3rd-party plugins and check Menu section after that.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
