Revolution Slider Broken – Unable to Access the Plugin

When I click “Revolution Slider” in the sidebar, a string of Error codes appears and no other content. I cannot see the default slider that came with the theme (and is still functional on the website homepage), I cannot create new sliders, I cannot edit any existing sliders – there is literally NOTHING there.

I have not updated to the new theme version. I am reluctant to do so in case it causes further problems.

Please provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

Sorry, but we need FTP access to check the issue.
Please ask your hosting provider to create FTP account and provide us with FTP host, FTP username, FTP password.
