    Hi

when editing a duplicated slider I can’t change the “slider link”.

See for example Slide(r): Unreine Haut, Slide Bearbeiten 1, Title: Slide
I can’t edit the marked field (see image link in the private section).

    What’s wrong? Thanks!

I tried writing a ticket at the Revolution Slider ticket system but they ask for a purchase code and won’t accept the Legenda one. How do I get the purchase code when Revolution Slider is bundled with Legenda?

    Cheers

    Melanie

    Hi,

    I got another one:

Is there a feature of Slider Revolution to resize images? I tried using a high resolution product image in the slider and it wasn’t resized it just got scaled down causing a higher page load time.

It’s not handy uploading the same images twice. Is there a way to pass a lower resolution version of the image to Slider Revolution?

    Cheers

    Melanie

    Hello,

The same issue persists with default WordPress theme too.
In this case you have to ask the plugin developer regarding this issue via comments section http://codecanyon.net/item/slider-revolution-responsive-wordpress-plugin/2751380/comments or you have to buy their license to get premium support.

According as to our company politics so to other developers on ThemeForest we don’t provide extending support or bugs fixes for 3rd-party plugins, even if they’re included in our theme. We can help you with different questions if a problem appears only with our theme. But if a problem persists with default WordPress theme and you need the plugin support you should buy a license and contact to their support team.

    Thank you for understanding.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
