    Hello,

    The reason is old Banner element was modified and now it’s “[8theme] Banner with mask” element in Visual Composer editor. That’s why old banners can’t be imported. You can recreate them with help of the new element.

    I’ve edited theme-functions.php file and added this code wp_enqueue_script('googleapis'); in 46th line.
    Please update Visual Composer and Ultimate VC Addons plugins to the latest versions and check Contact page after that.

    I’ve edited the file wp-content/themes/theleader/js/etheme.js (line 765) and replaced the code var etoggleEl = etoggle.find('.toggle-element'); with var etoggleEl = etoggle.find('.toggle-title');.

    Please clear browser cache and check “FAQ” page now.

    Custom.css file won’t be removed after theme update. But we always recommend to create backup of the files and database before each update.

    Hello,

    I’ve disabled the plugin “JCH Optimize” which caused the issue. Now background is shown. Also add this code to make header transparent:

    .main-header > .container {
   background: transparent;
}

    1. Install the theme via FTP:

    2. If you’re going to modify original theme files then you can use child theme and edit files in there so after theme update all your changes will be saved.

    Hello,

    The same issue persists with default WordPress theme too (activate Twenty Fifteen theme and check), so this problem isn’t related to our theme.
    When WPML plugins are disabled those options work properly. In this case you have to contact WPML support to investigate this problem.

    Hello,

    Please update the theme to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
    Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!


    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).
