Visual Composer FAQs element problem - by jinesh

I am using the FAQs element of Visual Composer on my site. I have added some hyperlinks in the answers of FAQs. But when I click on the Hyperlink instead of opening the linked page it toggles the question to closed state.

How do I fix this? Please let know.

Please provide us with correct wp-admin and FTP credentials in Private Content.

Hello,

Edit the file wp-content/themes/theleader/etheme.js and comment line 772 e.preventDefault();.

Hi Eva,

After commenting the line, it is still toggling but it takes you to the linked page. Also clicking on the questions, to toggle them open, it jumps to top of the page.

Please let me know what should I do?

Hello,

I’ve edited the file wp-content/themes/theleader/js/etheme.js (line 765) and replaced the code var etoggleEl = etoggle.find('.toggle-element'); with var etoggleEl = etoggle.find('.toggle-title');.

Please clear browser cache and check “FAQ” page now.
