    Hello,

    1. There are only 2 fields – blog posts and products.
    2. You can use search form only for one field, either for products or for posts.
    3. You can enable it in Theme Options > Header > Search post type.

    Hello,

    If it detects the theme as 2.5 version then seems cached information is loaded.
    You may also try to change data in the file wp-content/themes/woopress/css/style.less.

    You may try to remove the code <input type="hidden" name="post_type" value="product" /> in line 12 in the file wp-content/themes/classico/framework/templates/woosearchform.php and you’ll have default search form.

    The file woopress/woocommerce/myaccount/my-orders.php was removed in the recent theme update. Delete this file and check My Account page.

    Hello,

    Then it means you exported slider from other site incorrectly.
    Did you follow these steps when exporting it?
    Step 1 – Go the the Revolution Slider tab in your WP Admin, and open the slider you’d like to export.
    Step 2 – Switch to the Slider Settings tab on the top of the page http://storage3.static.itmages.com/i/16/0212/h_1455265817_7323747_437fa02722.png .
    Step 3 – On the right, you will find the ‘Import / Export / Replace’ dropdown. Click it to expand the tab and view the options. http://storage7.static.itmages.com/i/16/0212/h_1455265859_2809381_c5b2c03eb1.png
    Step 4 – Switch to the Export tab, and click the Export Slider button.
    Step 5 – Once it’s finished downloading, you will receive a .ZIP file of your slider.

    Please update the theme to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/classico/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
    Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!


    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    What error are you getting?
    What slider should we import?
    Please follow these steps to import slider:
    Step 1 – Go the the Revolution Slider tab in your WP Admin, and click the Import Slider button.

    Hello,

    1. Go to Theme Options > Header > Use right side panel > Off.

    2. You need add content in Appearance > Widgets > Footer Copyright and Footer Links areas.

    3. Go to Appearance > Widgets > Single Product Page sidebar and remove widgets you don’t need.

    4. You can create Static Block with several rows and add “8theme – Static Block” widget to “Footer Copyright” area in Appearance > Widgets. Or disable demo blocks in Theme Options > General > Show footer demo blocks > Off and add all content (even copyright info) for your current footer static block that you added to Footer 2 area in Appearance > Widgets.
