Issue on Add to Cart - by MuthuA - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi Support team,

    We have some issue on add a product on cart page,

    We have two to sell, If I add the second product on cart, cart is added with first product..

    Please check and advise

    Hello,

    Please update the theme to the latest version and check this issue.
    Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

    Don’t forget to make backup of the site before update.

    Here is video tutorial how to update theme.

    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    As I see you’re still using old theme version (2.4).
    Please make backup of the site and we’ll help you to update theme.

    Also i found another theme “storefront”,did you install and upload the theme, PLease advise..

    Hello,

    Yes I installed Storefront theme to check the issue as it’s default Woocommerce theme.
    There was a problem with Woo Product Page element that you’re using to display products. We edited etheme.js file to fix the issue.

    Hello,

    I’ve enabled the option “Include styles from “Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer” on every page” in Theme Options > General.
    Clear browser cache and check footer now.
