    I’ve updated the theme, and now i am experiencing a problem with footer on ‘Static Blocks’ – the problem is the new row show at the bottom without me adding it and when i delete it and update the page is shows again!!! http://prntscr.com/a25aqe

    You can also the that is causing the gap when viewing the page. http://prntscr.com/a25b61

    Can you also please help to change the name of the theme to my brand? i’ve done it but is still showing 8 theme on WP Theme Dedicator.

    Thanks so much

    Hello,

    You can rename theme as described here:
    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/change-display-name-of-theme
    http://davidjrush.com/blog/2012/09/renaming-your-wordpress-theme/

    I don’t see Visual Composer editor in Static Block http://storage8.static.itmages.com/i/16/0212/h_1455266627_6646162_4cf485bcaa.png , although it’s enabled in Visual Composer settings.
    Have you made any changes?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    If it detects the theme as 2.5 version then seems cached information is loaded.
    You may also try to change data in the file wp-content/themes/woopress/css/style.less.

    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    To show correct info in Facebook edit the file wp-content/themes/woopress/framework/theme-functions.php and remove the code in line 1263:

    echo '<meta property="og:title" content="' . get_the_title() . '"/>';
    echo '<meta property="og:type" content="article"/>';
    echo '<meta property="og:description" content="' . $description . '"/>';
    echo '<meta property="og:url" content="' . get_permalink() . '"/>';
    echo '<meta property="og:site_name" content="'. get_bloginfo('name') .'"/>';

    Hello,

    You need create child theme http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes and copy modified files into there.
    After that you may update the theme (always create back up of the files and database before update!)

    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    You can keep the code in Theme Options > Custom CSS and don’t re-add it to child style.css file. It won’t be lost after theme update.
    If you edited original files in parent theme you need copy them to child theme or copy the function of the edited code to child functions.php file.

    Eva Kemp.

    Thanks for your help.

    Is there any other way to create a different social icons to display on the footer and specifically to take you to the Facebook,Twitter… pages? Because last time i ask i’ve been told to edit the code of social share buttons and replace it with my page url. This was confusing on the single product page and project/portfolio; instead of share this product or this project it redirect you to the Facebook page. Is it possible to use same method like 8theme social icons http://prntscr.com/a6e8ly as an example?

    Thanks

    Regards,
    Soufiane

    Hello,

    In 8theme site we edited the code for social icons and added our social pages.
    If you want to use both share icons and icons with your pages then you have to search for some plugin as in our theme there is only share icons shortcode.
