Many problems with site. Need some help.

    Hello,

    Thanks for such a great theme. I am running into a lot of problems that I cannot figure out. If you go to my site http://www.annalin.asia you can see.

    Problems:
    – Home page disappears if the window is stretched too large
    – Visual composer does not work properly. Especially the product plugins
    – When I try to add a product carousel to the home page, half of the page stops working

    Hello,

    I’ve enabled Wishlist in YIT Plugins > Wishlist.
    Clear browser cache and check your site now.
    If you don’t want to use Wishlist, then just disable the plugin itself.

    Hi Eva, thank you for the help.

    The site still has the problem of disappearing when the window becomes too large. On my 27 inch iMac, when I stretch the window wider than about 1200 pixels, the whole site disappears.

    Also, how do I make the products shown on the home pages smaller, so that 4 can fit in the row. Right now only three fit.

    When you resize browser window you should reload a page. Please test it.

    Hi Eva,

    It appears to be fixed in Safari. However, in Chrome when I make the browser window too large, the site disappears. Can you tell me what was causing that to happen in Safari before you fixe it?

    Also, is there a way to turn off the categories that show under the products? Because many of the items have multiple categories, it becomes too busy. You can see the gold lettering in the screenshot you sent.

    Hello,

    We didn’t make any changes for browsers issue.
    Try to reload a page when you resize browser window.

    To remove categories add this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

    .products-page-cats {
       display: none;
    }

    Hi Eva,

    The website is still having the same browser issues that it was having before. When I load the website in Safari, nothing shows up. It says the page is loaded, but it is blank. If I resize the window, however, the website then appears.

    How do I fix this?

    I have another question. Is there a way to check off my products as “SOLD” and then have them sorted by newest, with the sold items at the back?

    If it requires custom work, I am willing to pay for that.

    Concerning the sale products, unfortunately there is no such feature to order them by newness. Sorry.

    Hi Eva,

    I am also running into some problems with the language. When I view the site in Chrome, a lot of the Chinese characters do not display properly. The just look like a box.
