Hello –

I am receiving the following error on one of my product pages (http://babytalkco.com/beta/give-a-gift/):

Fatal error: Call to a member function get_related() on a non-object in /home/babytalkco/public_html/beta/wp-content/themes/classico/woocommerce/single-product/related.php on line 15

I only see it on one of my product pages, it doesn’t show up on any other product pages on my site. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version and check this issue.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/classico/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

Don’t forget to make backup of the site before update.

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

I followed the instructions and performed the update and the error message is still displaying. Any further suggestions would be appreciated.

We can’t connect via FTP getting the error:
“421 Too many connections (8 ) from this IP”
Please check FTP credentials or create new ones.
