Need to modify Search - by bigdream - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi 8Theme,

    Thanks for creating wonderful theme. I am using it on one of my website and love it so far. Just an issue, i would like to extend the search functionality of this theme. I have installed WC Vendors and basically i have a multivendor store. What i would like to do is to get my royal search function search vendors as well. I am trying to find the function that handles this in royal theme but haven’t got anything yet. Could you please tell me the file and function that i should modify?

    Hello,

    To edit search form you need modify the file wp-content/themes/royal/woosearchform.php.

    Thanks for reply Eva.

    Form action in Woosearchform.php is <?php echo esc_url( home_url( '/' ) ); ?>. I don’t want to change the UI of results. I wish to modify the query and add a filter for searching users. How can i do that?
