    Hello, Pronto Pasta,

    1) It’s unclear why your file paths are being rewritten. For instance, WPBakery Page Builder (js_composer) has been rewritten to WooCommerce, and FileBird has been completely removed. You can see the issue in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/PWY8DHUj4bMM

    2) Similarly, the default updates through WordPressare not working. More details are provided in the video(in private content). Since you have a Content Delivery Network (CDN) in place, there might be an issue related to it, such as certain settings preventing file synchronization or other issues. Therefore, the first step is to disable the CDN and check the problem with default updates from WordPress.

    We have identified an issue that was caused by modifications made to the file xstore/js/modules/libs/automaticProductSlider.min.js. The last modification was made on August 18, 2023. You can find the details in the screenshot provided in the link below:

    Currently, we can see a large number of scripts and styles being connected by external plugins. Please try to disable some of them, and also ask your server provider to provide you with a log of the process load. Then it will be possible to identify which process is causing the server to overload.

In order to make them effective, please re-upload the theme and plugin from the sources provided by us, or provide us with FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption).     After updating themes or plugins, the cache is cleared, and the new version is recorded. This may lead to temporary overload, after which the problem should disappear once the cache is rewritten.
    Please check this, and if the problem persists, please provide us with FTP access.

    By introducing a cache of the number of available products. This has reduced the loading time of
    8theme – Filter Products by Categories from 25.03sec to 15.61sec

    This also reduces the number of database queries, however, the cache will be updated once every 24 hours and the widgets will load with the improved speed during this process.

    et-core-plugin/app/models/widgets/categories-filter.php

    These changes will also be included in the upcoming update.

    Unfortunately, we cannot avoid this process as it will result in the widgets displaying brands and categories with all products out of stock.

    To further improve the page loading speed, we recommend using the “Use ajax preload for this widget” option. This will significantly improve the initial page loading speed.
