I cannot activate the Xstore Core plugin

Hi,
I recently bought the Xstore Woocommerce. Unfortunatly, I cannot activate the Xstore Core plugin even though I meet all the system requirments.

Help is greatly appreciated.

I deactivated the Kirki Customizer Framework and then it worked.
