    Hello, @Pites,

Actually, the duplicate content issue is not coming because of our theme. The error is related to the content you add on your product. Usually, this kind of error appears when you copy the content from your site, other pages or from the other site and then you try to index your site on Google Search Console and it will find the issue and throws an error. That’s why on every page of the site Google prefers to add or use unique content so the user will be entertained. It’s Google policy and you can read more about it here: https://developers.google.com/search/blog/2006/12/deftly-dealing-with-duplicate-content

Now, to fix the issue I found an article for you please go through with it: https://www.searchenginejournal.com/technical-seo/duplicate-content-issues/#close and read the complete article for a better understanding to know what is the cause of the issue and how you can fix it.

    Hello, @Khubaib Khan,

If you deactivate the plugin, it will not create any issue on your site, and AMP is related to mobile speed, so some times other third party plugins conflict with AMP and that generate unexpected issues like on your site.

So if your site is working fine now, then no need to use the AMP plugin, you can deactivate it simply and go ahead.

    Hello, @TFS,

Typically, the minimum resolution you should aim for with your WooCommerce product images is 800px x 800px. The maximum recommended resolution should be no higher than 1000px x 1000px. However, for better quality, you should aim as high as possible.

If your store is selling T-shirts, you are recommended to set your WooCommerce product image at its minimum resolution is 800 px x 800 px. We also suggest you set a higher pixel than that. The reason is that your higher-quality images enable themselves to be better perceived.

In case, your products are complicated and detailed items, it would be better for you to upload larger images 2000px wide. With this size, your potential consumers could zoon in to observe all the details of your product. But a very important note is that you should avoid uploading images that are too large. Any oversized image increases the risk of slowing down your site. This is why sales will also be affected.

Further, you can read these articles:

    Hello, @3D-Active,

As you can check your site speed score in this image: https://postimg.cc/qzftkkKG it is very very low and I mark the things that need to optimize in order to increase your site speed score. Now, by default our theme has a speed optimization wizard feature you can find it by navigating to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Options >> Speed Optimization check this article: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/

Also, You can use a third-party plugin for this like WP Rocket here is an article to know how you can use this plugin with our theme: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore/

    Hello, @33swift,

I have just tested the same thing at my end on my test site and it is working perfectly fine for me, The brands are showing in Alphabetical order on the Brands page when editing the single product page and on frontend as well.

Here are the screenshots of my test site.

    https://postimg.cc/BXJd9wKx
    https://postimg.cc/NK2hp2XV
    https://postimg.cc/zVj38MP5

So the issue might be on your site only and we have to check it on your site and for that, you have to share the site WP Admin URL and Credentials with me in a private content area of this topic so that I’ll check it for you on your site.

Note: Before sharing the requested info, please try to Install this plugin on your site: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-post-order/ and then try to change the order of the brands at the backend from Wp-Dashboard >> Products >> Brands and then check back on frontend after removing the cache.

    Hello, @Khubaib Khan,

There is a plugin AMP that causes the error. When I disable the plugin the issue resolve your site works just perfectly. I have checked the plugin settings but there is nothing to fix. There must be a third-party plugin which is a conflict with the AMP plugin and causes the critical error issue on mobile. I also checked that you are using the WP Rocket cache plugin on your site with the other cache plugins as well like the “Robin image optimizer” plugin would you please try to check the other third-party plugins by disabling them except the theme necessary plugins which come up with the theme package then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. your issue will be resolved. Then activate the plugins one by one so that you will be able to know which plugins conflicts and causes the issue. Or you simply disable the AMP plugin and use your site without any issue. The choice is yours now.

    Hello, @tuijatuulia,

Actually, the thing is that up-sells products are coming from the WooCommerce plugin and by default, there are no settings in the theme for this to change the layout and columns of the up-sells product. But our theme has a special feature called “Single Product Builder” you can find this option in the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder simply turn on this and then you will be able to make a custom layout of the single product page. Using this feature on your site when you add the widget “up-sells products” on the page you will be able to set the columns in it as you see in this image: https://postimg.cc/crxwwxDB

Now, to know how to create the custom layout using this feature kindly check the below link: https://streamable.com/itm5ag

    Hello, @TFS,

The best formats for websites are JPEG and PNG.

Use a JPEG for photographs as they have a high color count. This format uses special compression to reduce file size while not affecting the clarity of the image.

Use PNGs for images such as screenshots, illustrations, and website design images like icons and buttons. It uses a lossless compression technique to maintain a high-quality image. Steer clear of using PNGs for photos as it will result in huge file size.

    Hello, @tuijatuulia,

1.. Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    Hello, @gwiezdnewrota,

As we have the header builder functionality in our theme, so you can take full advantage of it, you do not need to edit any of the core files.

Simply go to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Header Builder and remove the Logo element from your header and instead use the HTML Block1 element, and add your Logo with the Custom HTML code on your site without an anchor tag and it will work for you.

    Hello, @amandine,

    1. For the translation, you have to use the Loco translate plugin and translate the theme and core plugin files on your site as per your requirements.

Please read this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ and create a translation for the XStore theme. Make sure that translation files are placed in /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder.

About XStore Core plugin translation, you need to Sync it – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/ , then find and translate new strings. Also, synchronize translation for WooCommerce plugin.

    2. For the Text color white issue, Could you please share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials with me in the private content area of this topic, so that I’ll check and help you out further? Please share the page URL as well as having this issue.

    Hello, @Aman,

Sorry, it is not possible with the current theme version and requires extra Customization.
Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page.

If you want paid Customization services submit a customization request to WPKraken team.

    Or

You can use any third-party plugin for it, which better meets your requirements at your own risk.
