Wrong home page in Dashboard view for admin

Hi,
I have old home page (which even has a draft status) visible when I open the Woocommerce Dashboard via login.

I also can’t access the home page settings in Customize: https://prnt.sc/qCLkAYvfb5zQ clicking those marked with red arrow does not go to any page.

Here https://www.villeriina.net/wp-admin/options-reading.php the correct new page is shown as home page. And also when going to my web page the correct page opens.

Any advice on this? I hope to check the theme home page settings.

Hello, @tuijatuulia,

1.. Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first.

2.. Actually, I have confirmed it from our test site there is no such issue, it is working just perfectly. Check this video for a better reference: https://streamable.com/i2pajn the issue appears only on your site. Please share your site access with us as I told you in point number 1 so that I will be able to check this issue for you.
