    Hi:

On Slides Module (mobile version) when 2 slides per view is activated, content animation only works on one slide.

Also when effect is fade instead of slide, 2 slides per view doesn’t work (only shows one).

    See video: https://www.veed.io/view/d15bec04-8ff8-4c75-b649-05d2a183dd0d

    Hope you can help.

    Hello, @danny,

Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    Hi:

I’ve created a staging version, deactivated everything not xstore related (except wpml as it is absolutely vital for us and you state absolute compatibility) and issue persists at the end of the page you see the module in action:

    https://staging2.lojaportuguez.com/
(you will need credentials to see, sending in private).

You can test everything you need in this staging environment, in order to pull updates for production website.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

Please download ethemeElementorSlider.min.js file from this page – https://dropmefiles.com.ua/ua/7QLA and upload it xstore/js/modules/ folder via FTP. Clear cache and check the work of Slides.
    Let us know the result.

    Hello,

If the slide was already shown and animated it will not be animated one more time if you move it from right (visible slide) to left (still visible slide) -> https://gyazo.com/542c769b90b289c7506a4228737b080a

It won’t work in another way due to Swiper slider documentation (which we use) -> https://swiperjs.com/swiper-api

It can work only in the way it was before or in the way you have it now.

Please, give us the feedback which one solution is chosen by you (old one or new one).

    Thanks for understanding !

    Regards

    Ok.
So if instead of one at a time, it passes 2 at a time, the “issue” will not be noticeable, right?

If so, new one is better. How can it be implemented on production site?
Your ftp acces gives you permissions for both staging and production.

Yes, if it passes 2 at a time it will be ok -> https://gyazo.com/a52572d376bbab1fc1ade27671474205

We’ve uploaded ethemeElementorSlider.min.js file on your production now.
