    Hello, @jaswinders,

    The issue you are facing is because you are using a very old version of the theme: 8.1.2 and the very latest version of the theme is: 8.3.4 here is the changelog: https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/

    So my suggestion to you is, please completely reset your WordPress and delete the theme and child theme from your site and Install the new theme on your site and then try to import the same demo again.

    Otherwise, after completely resetting your WordPress, please let me know I will Install the theme for you on your site and Import the same demo as well.

    Caching solutions will store static versions of your website in a cache. This allows WordPress to skip running heavier PHP scripts every time your site loads.

    There are several different types of caching solutions available for WordPress.

    1. The most popular method is using a WordPress caching plugin.

    2. Depending on your hosting provider, you might already have WordPress caching built in. For example, managed WordPress hosting companies.

    3. If you’re using a web application firewall like Sucuri or Cloudflare to improve your WordPress security, then there’s also a cache to speed up your site and reduce downtime.

    4. Finally, most modern web browsers will also store cached versions of pages on your web browser.

    Sometimes the cache won’t realize that changes have been made to your WordPress website. Instead of loading the new version of your site, you’ll be stuck seeing an old version. This will prevent both you and your visitors from seeing any updates you’ve made. Sometimes it conflicts with other cache plugins or systems and causes unexpected issues like in your case.

    So you have to check, if you are using multiple cache plugins then try to use only one. If you are using the cache plugin and it has the Minify CSS option enabled then make sure you are not using the same option from Theme Settings >> Speed Optimization to avoid the conflict and this is the same for the rest of the options as well. If you are using the server-end cache like lightspeed then try to contact your hosting provider and ask to flush it completely for you.

    1. Please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and check back to your site after removing the browser cache.

    2. That is actually the button for the search, If you want to add the content in it, then simply copy and paste the below-given CSS code to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and check back to your site after removing the browser cache.

        content: 'Search' !important;
    }

    You can change the word ‘Search’ in the given code as per your requirements.

    Actually, it is an image fault. Let me tell you.

    2. A child theme in WordPress is a sub-theme that inherits all the functionality, features, and style of its parent theme. Child themes are a safe way to modify a WordPress theme without actually making any changes to the parent theme’s files.

    To ensure you’re designing for the user experience, you might need to create a child theme. A child theme allows you to modify the appearance of your WordPress website without editing your theme files directly.
    No need to choose the child theme as the main/parent theme. They are not always required. Remember, they are only required if need to modify theme code and/or files.

    2&3- Yes the button appears on the variable products if the plugin is activated. But now it is resolved.     Actually, Theme has an option to hide the add to cart button in the Theme options >> WooCommerce >> Shop >> Product Style >> Check image: https://postimg.cc/cvMxjvjk but it will hide the button from the complete site. If you want to hide the button from the carousel/slider only you have to make it using custom CSS code.

    Now, In order to solve your issue simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme OPtions >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global and paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box there.

    .product-slide .product-details .button{display:none !important;}

    Then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

I have solved your issue from Theme Options > Speed optimization > Menu Dropdown Ajax Loading, Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources > Off.

    Activate mentioned options once all changes to the header/footer will be done.

    Actually, the switcher that came with the demo import is the dummy one. If you want that same functional language and currency switcher on your site then, you have to first install and configure the WOOCS plugin for the currency switcher, and for the language, you have to use the WPML plugin.

    Actually, the issue is in the attributes you created on your site. That’s why the other does not appear. If the theme has any issues then the brand and price filter will also not appear.     Actually, the thing is our theme has cache options too if you are using the cache plugins then make sure that the theme options for the cache are turned off because both enabled at the same time will cause unexpected issues on the site. You can find the theme options for cache by navigating to the XSTORE >> Theme Options >> Speed Optimization Wizard check the image: https://postimg.cc/PPjRGgQx disable the options from there and then check back to your issue after clearing the browser cache.

    2- I have checked in deep and found that it is nothing but a cache issue because as you can see it is working fine in the backend admin panel check here: https://postimg.cc/k2Q1BsFf the only 1 buy now and quantity button appear but on the front it duplicates because of cache. For this, you have to contact your service provider and show them the image of the backend that I shared with you and ask them to flush the server cache and disable the cache system from your site until your site is in development mode once you make live your site you can again activate the cache system.

    I hope by doing this your issue will be resolved. Because if the theme has any issues it will not work on the backend admin panel of the theme too.
