Hemp & CBD xstore theme demo import issue

I have imported this theme demo to my WordPress website. https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/hemp-and-cbd/
However, the sections, images and content does not come up as shown in the demo, once imported. Many medias are missing. Please look into the issue.

Hello, @jaswinders,

The issue you are facing is because you are using a very old version of the theme: 8.1.2 and the very latest version of the theme is: 8.3.4 here is the changelog: https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/

So my suggestion to you is, please completely reset your WordPress and delete the theme and child theme from your site and Install the new theme on your site and then try to import the same demo again.

Otherwise, after completely resetting your WordPress, please let me know I will Install the theme for you on your site and Import the same demo as well.

Take our apologies for the inconvenience.
Hemp & CBD xstore theme demo is not released yet togethwer with the theme update – https://prnt.sc/dVtIwvCy4Bf9 Please wait up to 24 hours, when 8.3.5 version of the theme will be available, you need to update the theme and Core plugin.
It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch.
If you will face any problem with the import when 8.3.5 version of the theme will be used on the site, let us know.

Released, please update the theme and core plugin, then reset the current content, and import the version from scratch. All should be fine. If not, let us know and we will help you.

Hi

I have reinstalled the updated theme. The demo content loads fine. However, there is a huge delay in the Product Carousel loading on the homepage. Even after the rest of the page loads, it takes another 2 seconds for the carousel to load. It just shows the loader. Image attached. Please help solve this.
