How can I increase the height of banner image in web

Hello,

I have added a banner image for shop page as featured image. the image is added successfully, and it is looking good in mobile view but when coming to web the image is cropped only top position is visible. How can I increase the banner height some more so that it will be some more good to see.

Hello, @Saira,

Actually, it is an image fault. Let me tell you.

The image you are using is a portrait image on the desktop the box width and height appear in landscape mode showing the image full-on desktop will destroy the image as you can see here: https://postimg.cc/PNk9bqf3

Now you understand. Please try using a different image in landscape mode I hope your issue will be resolved.
