    It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch.

    Please do the reset and reply with temporary wp-admin and Cpanel access here. We will help you with the import.

    Hello, @Martine,

    You can set the 4 products next to each other in a row for the shop page also you can set the product image sizes.

    To set the 4 products simply go to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Product Catalog >> from there you can set the 4 products per row see image: https://postimg.cc/crNnq883
    To set the product images size navigate to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Product Images and from you will be able to set the product images size check the image: https://postimg.cc/5XXFdcmH

    These are the options in the theme. You cannot set the product limit per row on the specific resolution you want. Changes will work on other devices like tablets and mobile automatically.

    For the single product page product image if you set the image size using custom CSS it will destroy the product image pixels. As I told you how to set the product image size you can check this option otherwise use the high-resolution product images to cover up the empty space.

    Note: whatever size of the image you use kindly then use the same size for all the images.

    As you can see in the video, those navigations will show the product when you hover over it and then click on that product.

    So the issue must be on your site only, First of all, if you are using the Child Theme with your own Customization then please try to check back by activating the Parent Theme on your site, if that will not resolve your issue then please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    Your issue has been solved please check back to your site now after removing the browser cache, you have to give the border value then it will work, without the border value, I mean when the border value will be 0 then how could it show?

    Actually, the issue is, you have simple and variable products, on simple products, it is showing % only, and on variable products, it is showing Up to % because you have different variations for the variable products and also you have different amounts and percentages of those variations as well, so that is the reason it is showing Up to.

    So you have to delete the XL attribute as well again and then recreate it and assign the products to it as well, It will surely work for you.

    Contact your hosting provider and ask them if they block outgoing/ingoing connections to our server 136.243.62.54

    To activate the theme your site should be able to make requests to our server and get a response.

    OR

    It might be “cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 5000 milliseconds” – when contacting our server, your server gives the following error, so contact your hosting provider and ask to solve it, please.

    Unfortunately, this is not possible to make it as round with the content as because it has a small space, let me try to explain it to you, If you set the border-radius to the maximum value as 100% in the very first code that we gave you, it will work like this: https://postimg.cc/Kk4X2xkW because that code will apply on the complete div having that icon and content under it, so because of the small space in the mobile it will not be round, but oval, If you want to check the size then you can try to change the padding value in that code as per your requirements: https://postimg.cc/2bJ5pH64

    Hello, @LMcompany,

    It is the default behavior of the Elementor. You are hiding/showing elements using the Elementor feature of responsiveness. You cannot control this behavior from the theme options to show the content in the center of the screen of the desktop you have to use the Custom CSS code.

    Now, In order to solve your issue simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme OPtions >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global and then paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box there.

    Then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    2- With the help of custom CSS code I have set the content to the right side check the image: https://postimg.cc/XGpR910b

    3- Regarding the header issue the mobile one appears on the desktop and the desktop one appears on mobile is a cache issue. I can see that your site is loading from the cache and CDN/Cloudflare is activated on your site check the image: https://postimg.cc/D4rVjWpf so in order to solve your issue you have to contact your service provider to flush the server cache and disable the CDN/Cloudflare till you site is in the development mode.

    1- Sorry to say, that there is no option in the theme nor there is any widget available like this on the shop page you cannot make it as it appears on the single product page except for customization.

    2- In order to solve your issue simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme OPtions >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global and paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box there.

    .woocommerce-shop .product-category:first-child{display:none !important;}

    Then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    3- To solve your issue simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global and paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box there.
