Next and previous control arrows do not appear in the store

Hello, inside my website in the products area, the next and previous control arrows that would take to the next products page are not showing.

Hello, @Igor,

I have just tested the same feature on my test site and it is working perfectly fine for me, I have captured the video for you as well, please watch it here: https://www.veed.io/view/924e44e0-641d-4b20-aa39-9715220f40ff?sharingWidget=true

As you can see in the video, those navigations will show the product when you hover over it and then click on that product.

So the issue must be on your site only, First of all, if you are using the Child Theme with your own Customization then please try to check back by activating the Parent Theme on your site, if that will not resolve your issue then please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

Hi, how are you? I think you misunderstood, it’s on the “Shop” page that the problem occurs, I can’t move to the next products page because the page transition arrows don’t appear. It’s on the “Shop” page and not the product page.
For example, if you go to “show” and click on “9”, 9 products will appear but there are no arrows to show me more products on the other page, you know?
