    Hello, @Azager,

Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area of this topic and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    WP Admin Username:
    WP Admin Password:

Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

I am unable to edit a page and my current theme issue still exists.
My hosting company concluded that it is an issue with the theme/plugin

The page itself is not loading properly on the frontend of the website. This is supposed to be our new homepage starting tomorrow.
Please, I need this fixed immediately. I need to finalize the edit.

Please know that my users will wake up in roughly 4hrs.

If you are unable to rectify this issue between now and 4hrs, please leave all current settings as you met them. Then you can try again tomorrow at 9PM EST.

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, @Azager,

First of all, thanks for the login details.

Now, I Logged in to your site and checked your issue on the homepage I can see that it is a memory issue as you can see in the image: https://postimg.cc/jCq1HvXg in order to fix it kindly contact your service provider to increase the memory limit until your issue will be resolved.

Regarding the user login issue, I have checked it today and it is working fine as you can see I have created a dummy user on your site, and it login successfully: https://postimg.cc/BX4ncryW

    Regards 8Themes Team.

My hoating company says that the memory limit is already set to 2048MB, and I am on Php version 8.0

I also confirmed this myself. Why is this error still persistent.

Now I cannot edit my new homepage with Elementor. I think the unresolved issue with Xstore is conflicting with Elementor.
Please I need you to fix this immediately. That new page is supposed to be our new homepage today.

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

“My hosting company concluded that it is an issue with the theme/plugin” – what proof they provided? What errors do you have in the server error log?
Have you tried to disable 3rd party plugins and check then?
Please provide FTP access, so we can enable the debug mode and check the situation more deeply.

    Regards
