    Yeah, that is the main issue, let me try to explain to you, the desktop size is larger than the mobile screen sizes, and the images you chose for your slider are very large images and do not properly design to fit on the mobile screen.

    If you simply set it back as Cover then it will be fine again on the desktop version but on mobile, it will generate the same issue for you as you have before.

    So the proper solution for this is to create another slider for the mobile version with different images properly fit for the mobile revolution and hide the desktop slider on mobile using Column Responsive settings: https://postimg.cc/RWpV5JXL and vice versa for the desktop version.

    Thanks for the logins I have checked your issue.

    Now, the thing is the functionality you added works on the hover and by default, the hover doesn’t work on mobile it’s the default behavior, mobile doesn’t have any cursor it will get your finger as a click, not as a hover that’s why your code/functionality is not working on mobile and you cannot make it possible without customization.

    Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page.

    If you want paid Customization services submit a customization request to WPKraken team.

    Our theme Xstore is compatible with the DOKAN plugin. I am not able to check your site because it is in maintenance mode and you cannot share your site Wp-admin access with us.

    Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide us Wp-admin access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area of this topic and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well. so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    If you are not willing to use it you can delete it no need to worry about it.

    Alright, You can update the WordPress and check it.

    The thing is the latest version of WooCommerce is compatible with our theme and it is working fine on our test site there is no issue. On your site, it is causing the issue.

    Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    That is because you have set your slider images as cover, you have to set them as contain and then the slider image will contain itself in the mobile screen complete: https://postimg.cc/sMLX5n07

    Please tell me which element you used for that Perspective dropdown in the header and which you used for the hover and modal effect, OR you used Custom Code for it?

    I can see you are using the Child Theme on your site, have to try to switch and checked with the Parent Theme?

    OR you have used any third-party plugin for it?

    In order to solve your issue, Simply navigate to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Product catalog >> Default Product Sorting from there you can choose the available option from the given as per your need. check the image: https://postimg.cc/Q9535xJ2 after making changes please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    I just disable these options from the XSTORE >> Theme Settings >> Speed Optimization >> https://postimg.cc/v1rK7SfZ and your issue is resolved.

    Note: Please always remember that when using the optimization plugins to speed up your site do not use the “Speed Optimization Wizard” feature of the theme as they might conflict with one another.

    In order to solve your issue Simply go to Products-Attributes and edit the one you want – change Default Sort Order to Custom Ordering and save.

    Go back to Products-Attributes and click on Configure Terms.

    In there just drag/drop the attributes into the order that you want and save.

    1. Did you use any Custom Code in Child Theme? Please try to remove it and check back again.

    2. Did you make changes in DB?

    3. Was the prefix of tables changed?

    4. Is the error there if all 3rd party plugins are disabled? Please try this as well.

    This seems to be the server-end database issue, so please once reach out to your hosting provider as well, they will check it for you as well.

    Hello, @mohamed aly,

    Please go to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Speed Optimization and try to turn OFF the “Disable Theme Swiper JS Library” and check back or if it is already turned OFF then try to turn it ON and check back.

    We have that option for those who don’t use sliders for example and would like to disable that to speed up the site speed. Or if the client uses a plugin that already calls Swiper JS Library and doesn’t need an additional call for that.

    It is nothing but a cache issue. because when I log in to your site it is working fine for me as you can see in this image: https://postimg.cc/WdpQH8S1 I can see that you are using multiple cache plugins like “Assets clean up, and breeze” Please first disable the cache plugins and then contact your service provider to flush the server cache completely then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    Actually, To protect your site, you have to enable restrictions from the server by contacting your service provider. You can try to use the security plugins as well there are lots of security plugins available you can use them at your own risk.

    Actually, on the product, you were facing the issue because of you created that product using the Elementor Page Builder, and the product which is working fine, was simply created without Elementor, so I edited the product and removed the Elementor added content, and save changes and it solved your issue.

    Yeah, those are the third-party plugins and those might conflict with the theme, so we recommended to not using them, and you can check all the compatible plugins list with the theme confirmed from our end here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/

    If you want to use any other third-party plugin, then I personally suggest you to clone or stage your site as a test site on locally and then always test on the local site before implementing/applying on the live site, that will help you to avoid these unexpected issues.
