Hello, @Nick,

Please tell me which element you used for that Perspective dropdown in the header and which you used for the hover and modal effect, OR you used Custom Code for it?

I can see you are using the Child Theme on your site, have to try to switch and checked with the Parent Theme?

OR you have used any third-party plugin for it?

Please share the name of the plugin and URL also I need your site WP Admin Login details in the private content area of this topic as below listed format, so that I will check it for you and help you out if possible.

Note: I need the debugging on your site as well, which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well, so please take the complete backup of your site and share the permission OR clone your site and share that with me.

Hello, @Nick,

Thanks for the logins I have checked your issue.

Now, the thing is the functionality you added works on the hover and by default, the hover doesn’t work on mobile it’s the default behavior, mobile doesn’t have any cursor it will get your finger as a click, not as a hover that’s why your code/functionality is not working on mobile and you cannot make it possible without customization.

Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page.

If you want paid Customization services submit a customization request to WPKraken team.

Sorry to say, there is no such file for it. You have to add customization in the child theme function.php file as per your need.
