WooCommerce Payments Plugin not work with you theme

    I installed the theme with WooCommerce Payments plugin initially it worked now it doesn’t load anymore. Continue to load but the form to enter the credit card number does not appear. I deactivated the theme and the plugin works. when i activate your theme the plugin doesn’t work anymore.

    how can I do ?

    Which plugin you have used for that WooCommerce payment? Could you please share the name of the plugin and URL and also please share the screenshot of the issue and I need your site WP Admin Login details in the private content area of this topic as below listed format, so that I will check it for you and help you out if possible.

    Note: I need the debugging on your site as well, which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well, so please take the complete backup of your site and share the permission OR clone your site and share that with me.

    1/ We are not able to add a product to the cart on your site. Please check product pages (shows 404 page) and your permalinks settings.
    2/ “deactivated the theme” – does it means that you have checked the situation when default WooCommerce theme – Storefront is activated?
    Provide us with a screenshot or video of the correct work.
    You can use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to make screenshot and share the link here.
    3/ Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
    Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
    If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

    Please do the next.
    1/ Check the situation on Checkout when the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront is activated.
    Let us know the result.
    2/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem (another plugin may conflict with our theme and cause js error which breaks the work of the WooCommerce Payments plugin).
    Let us know the result.

    The problem is caused by a custom script which you added in the Footer static block. Please check screenshots in the Private Content area.

    Do you want to go get examples of such static blocks? Edit content using Elementor > click here https://prnt.sc/OITxe3jag0bS > XStore Studio will be opened > click on Filter > Mega menu > import the desired content.
