XStore Compatible with multi-vendor Dokan ?

I just bought Xstore because it says >> Compatible with multi-vendor Dokan plugin and I chose Bike Full-Width demo for my site. As soon as a Activate Dokan free (free to test) the front page goes blank and I can not edit with elementor. I have talked to Dokan support but I just don’t understand them when they talk Xstore/Dokan/Elementor free/pro.

I see one of Xstore demos say Dokan Multivendor Marketplace do I need use that one to make this work ?
The plan is to build a multi vendor booking site.

Hello, @henrygud,

Our theme Xstore is compatible with the DOKAN plugin. I am not able to check your site because it is in maintenance mode and you cannot share your site Wp-admin access with us.

Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide us Wp-admin access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area of this topic and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well. so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

It was an issue in the demo content of the Footer static block, it will be fixed in the next theme update.
