    Hello, @admin@kitalabel.com,

    Please try to use the below-given CSS code to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and check back your site after removing the browser cache again.

    @media only screen and (max-width: 1320px){
    .header-wrapper .header-main-menu>div>.menu>li:last-child {
        display: inline-block !important;
    }
    }
    #header>[class*=header-wrapper] .sticky-on>div {

    Hello, @IP,

    Let me try to explain it to you.

    Our monitors work on pixels resolution, and Elementor is based on bootstrap, so when the image size is small then on a 17″ screen, it shows fine, and on a 27″ screen it does not show as full width, because of the container size. The container does not shrink itself on larger screen sizes, and when you use the larger resolution image it fits itself on smaller and larger screen resolutions as well.

    So you have to check the element setting in which you are adding/using that image, there might be some setting in that element to enlarge the image on larger screens as well, Otherwise, you have to try with the Custom CSS code.

    Hello, @levacare,

    1a.Your issue is resolved now, please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. See the image for a better reference: https://ibb.co/qk6q8Zt I have removed the dropdown variations from the product as your screenshot indicates.

    Now, Please note that you had the Custom Attributes in the dropdown and the default attributes as well which you created under Products >> Attributes, so Custom attribute will not show on Shop/Category Archive pages and will not work too there, as because you can only use the default attributes there. This is the default functionality.

    1b. I have checked your site now and found that you did not select/choose variations colors. I have chosen/selected variations of colors it is working perfectly fine. Watch the video for a better reference here: https://www.veed.io/view/63330a1d-c363-4f8f-be60-f74928b61506?sharingWidget=true&panel=share

    2. You can try with this Custom CSS, you can add the Custom CSS under XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS:

    .etheme-wc-add-to-cart-wrapper th.label {
        width: 10% !important;
    }

    Hello, @Estudio EntreDos,

    Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first.

    Hello, @buscape,

    1. Cross-sells: You have to edit the product and remove the Cross-sells products from it: https://postimg.cc/TKq82Qmk and it will remove from the cart page.

    2. Remove Sold Out Products: Unfortunately there is no such option in our theme or in WooCommerce for it, and there is no ready solution as well, so it is not possible with the current theme version and requires extra Customization.

    Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page.

    If you want paid Customization services submit a customization request to WPKraken team.

    Hello, @Martin,

    The File generator option was created to speed up the site performance and avoid calling the styles of elements that you don’t use on your site. Use this tool if you are an advanced user ( it may cause style issues on the frontend )

    Furthermore here is an article https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/

    Sorry for the inconvenience, The file generator was removed. It will be removed from the WhiteLabel also.

    Hello, @mahlv,

    Alright, Please, first of all, take a complete backup of your site and then activate the WordPress default theme like “Twenty Twenty Three”, if the issue still persists with the default WordPress Theme as well then you have to contact the plugin author, But if it works fine with the default WordPress theme then it might be third-party plugins confliction issue so in this case, you have to disable all the third-party plugins that don’t come in our theme package and then check back to your issue after clearing the browser cache. I hope your issue will be resolved.

    But if still not, then please allow us to debug your site which includes changing/removing the plugins and removing the customization from the theme as well.

    Note: Before performing all the above steps please take a complete backup of your site in case if anything goes wrong you should have a backup of your site.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @IP,

    Actually, from the Elementor settings you can make it from the widget settings see the image: https://postimg.cc/F1jnWvxD but Elementor doesn’t allow it on hover so if you want this underline on mouse hover you have to use the CSS code.

    simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme OPtions >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global and the paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box there.

    .elementor-18 .elementor-element.elementor-element-5a02de0 .elementor-heading-title:hover{text-decoration:underline !important;}
    .elementor-18 .elementor-element.elementor-element-f6ccf9f:hover{text-decoration:underline !important;}

    Then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    Hello, @Dionizio Find,

    You claimed that it is working fine on computers and laptops, but you are facing the issue only on mobile that (the header doesn’t disappear when scrolling the screen) so I have checked your site on my personal mobile phone, and here is the video for you: https://www.veed.io/view/ac62953c-998b-4f7f-bc9a-7b17df156155?sharingWidget=true&panel=share

    It is working perfectly fine on mobile as well, it must be the cache issue at your end nothing else, please try to clear the mobile cache and check back or try to check on any other mobile phone.

    Hello, @levacare,

    1- Actually, You just add the add to cart widget and set the button you didn’t add the product in the widget settings that is why it is showing an error. Please configure the widget settings and add a product in it so that if the user clicks on the button it will add the product to the cart you set in the widget settings. See the image: https://postimg.cc/gX0cjrjk

    2- Exactly, It is a variable product which have the color options for the user to choose before adding it to the cart. So that is why when you click on the button it redirects you to the product page to choose the color variation first. If you set the color option on the home page too for the user then the user simply choose the color and add the product to the cart from the home page as well.

    I have checked your site and found that you added/using the Custom Attributes in single product page, you did not choose the default attributes for the product which has been created under the WP-Dashboard >> Products >> Attributes. I have chosen the default attributes. See image here : https://ibb.co/ZdQKGWL and https://ibb.co/N6CwmhS and it will also show on the Shop/Category and home page as well.

    Further, you can read this article to know how to create/add variable product: https://woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/

    3- Your issue is resolved now kindly check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. See the resulting image here: https://postimg.cc/hzbS2xYr

    Note: Now please generate a fresh new topic for every single new issue you will face, as this will help us to understand the issue properly and reply to the topic accordingly, multiple issues in the same topic, might create mess up and understanding issues for both of us, Thanks for your understanding.

    Hello, @trambussen,

    Actually, there is no option in the theme for this but you can achieve this using a custom CSS code. If it is global I can share the code with you but you want it from the specific so you have to make it on your own. Let me tell you how?

    First of all, you need the price class to apply the CSS code to it. This is the CSS class of the price “.product-content .price”

    Now, If you add your CSS code to this class it will hide the price from all the websites. But we need it from the specific product. So for this, we need to product id because the id is unique. See this image to know from where do you get the product id: https://postimg.cc/0zsr0krP so this is the product id “#product-9209”

    So we have the product id and the price class now. Now, you are ready to apply your CSS code to it. You have to first write the product id and then the price class to hide the price from the product. But as you know that there are two prices and the class is the same on both so using the price class will hide both prices. But we need to hide only 1. So for this, we use “nth-child()” after the class name.

    Alright, let’s make a code with the help of product id and price class.

    product id = #product-9209
    price class = .product-content .price
    We need the nth-child too

    We have to merge them. So that the code will be look like this: #product-9209 .product-content .price:nth-child(2){}

    See this is the CSS class in which we will hide the price. To hide the price we use the display property of the CSS.

    Below is the complete code:

    #product-9209 .product-content .price:nth-child(2){display:none !important;}

    You can add this code in Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @IP,

    Then I suggest you to simply create the new page and then use the XStore Studio feature on it: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/xstudio-feature-of-xstore-wordpress-theme/ check the page you want to import is available in XStore Studio and then simply Import it and it will work for you.

    Otherwise, Please export your site data such as: (users, Woo Commerce (orders – products, etc), pages, etc and everything like that) via any means, and then reset your WordPress and then start from scratch, Import the new demo you want on your site and then again import the exported data on your site.
