    Hello Tom,

    If you install and modify the XStore theme on a fresh new WordPress, you should not encounter any issues. Additionally, once you have completed your site with XStore on a fresh new WordPress, you can import the products from your old site to the newly created site via any means.

    Thank you for providing the Admin Login details. Upon inspection of your site, I have noticed that there are 57 plugins activated and the “Medilazar” theme is activated as well.

    If activating the Xstore theme is causing your site to crash, it is likely due to a conflict with a third-party plugin. Before activating the Xstore theme, I suggest deactivating all third-party plugins on your site and attempting again. If this resolves the issue, you can then reactivate the plugins one by one to identify which one is causing the conflict.

    Alternatively, you can leave all third-party plugins deactivated and grant me permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customization. This will allow me to further investigate the issue.

    Please note that it is recommended to take a complete backup of your site before deactivating any plugins to avoid any inconvenience.

    Unfortunately, this is not possible. We have used the product categories widget under Shop Sidebar, and here are the possible options for that Widget: https://postimg.cc/7f19VtHF. If you wish to change the style/design, you will need to use a custom code for it.

    2- To resolve your issue, please go to the Dashboard, select XStore, then Theme Options, Theme Custom CSS, and Global. Paste the following code at the bottom of the CSS box:

    Once you have saved the settings, please clear your browser cache and check back on your site.

    3- We have conducted a thorough review of the products on your site and have not found any variable products. You have indicated that you have added them to your site.     4- This is not a bug on the checkout page.     We have set up the menu using the Secondary Menu element in the header builder (see screenshot: https://postimg.cc/bDsZMWHm). If you would like to change the icon and content, please go to Appearance >> Menu and edit the Secondary Menu. Then, edit the Menu item and change the icon and content as needed (see screenshot: https://postimg.cc/8JS1dYXF).

    Regarding the layout of the cart, in the theme settings under Woocommerce, there is a Cart/Checkout Layout option. Please review the image at the following link: https://postimg.cc/8JhmwmWZ. You can try to set the layout that best suits your requirements from this option. Any other customization would require additional work.

    We would like to inquire which email you have created using the theme feature “email builder”? Is it for “Processing Orders”, “Complete Orders”, or “Refunded Order”?

    If it is for the Complete Order, please go to the WP-Dashboard >> WooCommerce >> Orders and make your processing order as complete. This will ensure that the email is built with the theme feature “email builder”.

    The same process will apply to the other Orders.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to use all the features of the theme without activating it. You must activate the theme first, and then you will be able to install the theme plugins and import the theme demos.

    We do not suggest installing the theme on a site that already has another theme installed, as this may cause unexpected issues. We always recommend installing the theme on a fresh WordPress installation.
