How do I make the address unnecessary on the checkout page, because the request is not made until after the address is entered

Hello @lkhawamedia,

You can change the address as an optional setting from Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Checkout. For your reference, please see the screenshot provided here: https://postimg.cc/fVWJsc21
