    Hello @Tomer,

XStore offers a feature called “Built-in WooCommerce Email Builder” which allows you to create your own email layouts. If you would like to test it out, you can follow our theme documentation here: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/146-xstore-built-in-woocommerce-email-builder to create your own layout and then place a test order on your site to receive the email and check it out.

    We hope this helps.

    Hello Tomer,

We would like to inquire which email you have created using the theme feature “email builder”? Is it for “Processing Orders”, “Complete Orders”, or “Refunded Order”?

If it is for the Complete Order, please go to the WP-Dashboard >> WooCommerce >> Orders and make your processing order as complete. This will ensure that the email is built with the theme feature “email builder”.

The same process will apply to the other Orders.

    Best Regards,
    8Themes Team
