We have created the footer in niche-market2 demo using a static block.
To modify the content of the footer, please go to the Dashboard >> Static Blocks >> edit the footer block with a page builder (see the image: https://postimg.cc/SJQGmbLQ) and change/modify the content of the footer as per your requirements. Once you have made the desired changes, please save the settings and the changes will be reflected on the site automatically.

Product variation that is ”Out of stock” can be displayed http://prntscr.com/t21xou with our variation swatches under Xstore > Theme Options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Shop Element > Variation Swatches > Swatch Out Of Stock (in case “Hide out of stock products from the catalog” option is enabled in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory). In order to change the categories toggle Menu to All department menu on mobile, you must navigate to XStore >> Theme Options >> Header Builder >> Mobile Menu and change the “Extra Tab Content” to “Menu” and then select the All Department Menu. You can easily add or remove menu icons by navigating to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus > Main Menu > 8Theme Shop page Option > Menu option. There you will find an icon library where you can select XStore icons and set the icon name before saving the settings.
