Hover effect is not working while user logged out

As I installed the theme but the hover effect is not working when logged out.
but when logged in then the hover effect is working when hovering on any product then there is a box on the hover on the product but when logged out then it doesn’t work.

Hello,

It appears that there may be a caching issue. Are you using a caching plugin, server caching, or a CDN? Please try clearing all caches and check again.

I did try too many times to but the same result.
it works when logged in but it didn’t work when logged out.
so please try to sort this out.

Please check video in the Private Content area, it was recorded from incognito browser window from the unlogged user.
The box-shadow hover works fine.
If you mean the green border with “Product” text it is shown in the editor only, and can’t be displayed for not-admin.

Could you please explain why you need it? Do you like the color only?
In this case, try to add the next code in Theme options > Theme custom CSS:
```
.products-hover-shadow:not(.with-ajax) .content-product:hover, .products-hover-shadow.with-ajax .ajax-content .content-product:hover {
    border: 1px solid green;
}
```
