    Hello Eduardo,

    1. We have determined that the Additional Custom Block Widget was not set in the Single Product builder, which is why it was not showing. We have now set the Additional Custom Block Widget in the Single Product builder and selected the Static Block in the Additional Custom Block by editing the Single product Page.     1. We regret to inform you that it is not possible to have a draggable sidebar on the single product page for the mobile version. The draggable sidebar is only available for the Shop sidebar.

    Hello @xyz,

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to select a Static Block in a Sub Menu item directly. If you wish to use a Static Block in a Sub Menu item, you must create a new Custom Sidebar in Appearance >> Widgets. After creating the Custom Sidebar, add the Static Block widget to it and select the Static Block. You can then choose the sidebar in the Sub Menu item by editing it in the Widget area.     This is the only possible way.

    We regret to inform you that the filter widgets are only designed to work on Shop/Category pages, where they can sort out the results from all available products. As there are no products to sort out on a single product page, these widgets cannot be used there. If you wish to use the filter widgets on a single product page, we suggest you look into third-party plugins that may better meet your requirements.

    Hello LambdaSP,

    Due to the varying sizes of the images, we recommend that you reupload the product images in the same size in order to resolve the issue.

    Allow me to attempt to explain it to you once more.

    Let us assume that you have two distinct products and two separate images for those products with two different sizes/resolutions.

    First has 600×600
    Second has 1200×1200

    If you have selected the Cropped setting from WooCommerce, the second image with a larger size will be cropped, while the first image with a normal size will not be cropped. This is the reason why you are experiencing this issue.

    1. We suggest that you try to localize the strings in the XStore theme and Core plugin by navigating to WPML > Theme and plugins localization > Strings in the themes and Strings in the plugins and using the String Translation feature. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact the support team of the WPML plugin.

    We created Multiple headers option and added a language selector to the conditions to allow users to translate headers content to other languages.
    Some header elements do not support WPML string translator, so you need to create separate headers for different languages, and write correct texts in the settings of header elements.

    2. Please try to contact WPML support on this issue, They will solve it for you.
