How come when I try to click an image from the variations gallery opens and I don’t simply change the image in the box?

    Hello Michele P,

We kindly request that you enable the “Variation Gallery” option under Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product page.

We regret to inform you that the URL you provided is displaying a 404 page.

If the issue persists then we recommend that you try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins), clear the cache of your browser, and then check if the issue persists. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant us permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customizations. This will allow us to investigate the issue further and provide assistance accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide us with your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can investigate the issue further.

    Hello Michele P,

We have recently logged into your site and noticed that third-party plugins are still activated. Have you tried deactivating them? If not, please do so and let us know if the issue persists. We would then need your permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and any on-site customizations.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    HI,

I created backups. You can proceed with the debug. There would also be a problem in the management of stocks in stock. Practically in the individual product they are not managed well with respect to the variations

    Hello, @Michele P,

I have debugged your site and deactivated the third-party plugins. After doing so, the variation gallery images are now working properly. I have also captured a video for you to view here: https://www.veed.io/view/2104e457-639c-4288-9aee-d28b5133b92e?sharingWidget=true&panel=share. Please clear your browser cache and check your site again.

For now, I have left all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site. Once you have checked and confirmed, you can reactivate them one by one and check which one is causing the issue on your site.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

Nothing, the problem persists. From the main photo you open the photo, but then to scroll the gallery I have to click again to make the gallery underlined below. Instead, if I go directly from a photo in the gallery below, only that image opens and I don’t give me the other photos (which happens well by single product). If, on the other hand, we use the variations gallery does not work.

The other important problem that I find is on the quantities of products. If you configure a variable product, I rightly have to be able to manage the quantities for each variation. And it is done. But there is no control that limits me to the insertion of the maximum in stock for that type of variation. I can enter any number and go on with the count and do not stop at the best I have in the warehouse. And if I go further and I add to the cart I don’t appear any alert that reports it to me.

I know that there is some problems with the management of changes both gallery and quantity.

    Hello,

It appears that you are using two lightboxes simultaneously, namely the lightbox from 8Theme’s theme which looks like this: https://gyazo.com/4218a2c480e6d7cb3a20a0a040274d49

and the lightbox from Elementor which looks like this: https://gyazo.com/0835b804af317a47f7155aeaf361d5cf.

When used together, it appears as seen in this image: https://gyazo.com/bc984f1aa325a22537dce44ea70785e3.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to use both of them at the same time.

To enable/disable the Lightbox for “Xstore” you can go to
Personalizza -> WooCommerce (Shop) -> Single product builder -> Gallery -> Lightbox
    https://gyazo.com/0d6e8fbcda83a9e806c13879fd123e00

To enable or disable the Lightbox for Elementor, you can go to the home page and click “Edit with Elementor” and follow the instructions in the video.
    https://gyazo.com/71d3dbe2b1caeb6fcbda1290194dfc9c

We have also made some modifications to the Lightbox “Xstore” and left it enabled.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best Regards,

    Perfect, thanks.

    For the other question instead?

    Hello,

We believe the issue is related to the caching on your website. We have disabled the WP Rocket plugin, however this only provides a temporary solution. It appears that there is a caching plugin on the server which needs to be disabled in order to stop GET and POST requests from being cached.

    Hello,

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the notification system to AJAX as it would lead to errors in the future and cause more problems.
As an alternative, we can suggest disabling the cache on product pages. To do this, go to the product settings and select the option ‘Never cache this page’. This needs to be done for each product. If you have any issues with this, we would be happy to do it for you.

    Best Regards,

    Thank you very much.

In reality I realized that if the cart is empty, the quantity notifications system is not activated. The moment I have at least one article in the cart also activates the notification system and it works.

    Hello,

We have determined that the cache plugin is ignoring POST and GET requests, which is causing the issue. To avoid similar issues in the future, we recommend that you do not disable the option: Speed Optimization -> Always Load Wc-Cart-Fragments.
