Customize products pages ¿It is possible with Elementor?

Hi, we would like to edit the content of each product with Elementor. I mean, how can we add sections to the products that would have different content for each product? For example add a block with an image and a different long description for each product, why can’t we edit with Elementor the page of each product?

Hello @Eduardo,

You can edit the long description of the product using the Elementor page builder. To do this, you must first turn it ON from Elementor >> Settings >> General, as shown in the screenshots provided (https://postimg.cc/gxLw3cQh and https://postimg.cc/N5DMT9dL).

Additionally, you can change the style of the single product page elements from Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder, as per your requirements. For more information, please refer to our theme documentation here: https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/68-single-product-page.

The answer is not clear to me. If for example I want to add a different faqs block for each of the products, how could I do it?

Hello @Eduardo,

To add a different static block for each of the products, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Dashboard > Products > All Products

2. Select the particular product you wish to edit

3. Go to 8Theme Product Options > Single layout

4. Choose the Additional custom block as per your requirements

1. I have created a static block and I have added it in the product sheet of this product but it does not appear https://eyaculacionprecoz.info/producto/acne-treatment-cbd-cream-500mg/.

When it comes out, how can I decide in which position it comes out?

2. Isn’t there an option to edit the product also with Elementor? When I am in products, I see that there is the option to edit with elementor but when I click it gives an error.

Hello, @Eduardo,

1. The custom block will appear at the bottom of the default single product builder page, as shown in the images provided here: https://postimg.cc/5Q3J2Szq and https://postimg.cc/bdKVZtg1.

2. We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins), clear the cache of your browser, and then check if the issue persists. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant us permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customizations, so that we can investigate and provide assistance.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

this is the product but the cutom block that we have put on it with the name “Info Acne Treatment CBD Cream 500mg” still does not appear.

Now there is no external plugin.

I have changed so that the domain points to my banahosting hosting instead of clodfare.

It still does not appear and I would also like to comment that we would like this custom block to appear before the FBT. Is this not possible, will it always appear below the reviews?

Hello Eduardo,

1. We have determined that the Additional Custom Block Widget was not set in the Single Product builder, which is why it was not showing. We have now set the Additional Custom Block Widget in the Single Product builder and selected the Static Block in the Additional Custom Block by editing the Single product Page. You can reposition the Additional Custom Block Widget anywhere on the page as per your requirements, as demonstrated in the screenshots below:
