    If you would like to add a custom link to the mobile menu, please first go to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Menus and create a custom link menu as per your requirements.

    After that, please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Header Builder > Mobile menu > and select the menu from the list of menus you have created in Dashboard -> Appearance -> Menus.

    Please choose multistep layout once again and then turn it OFF Email Field Prioritized option under XStore > Theme Option > Woocommerce (Shop) > Cart/Checkout Layout and Publish it.

Related Products is a section on some templates that pulls products from your store that share the same tags or categories as the current product. These products cannot be specified in the admin, but can be influenced by grouping similar products in the same category or by using the same tags.

    We understand that you are facing an issue on your site due to the fact that you have selected “All” in the categories of the TShirt Products and in “AFTERSHOKZ AEROPEX Earphones”. This is why it is picking the Tshirt products as related products.

    We have included screenshots for your reference. To resolve your issue, please edit the products and uncheck “All” from the categories.

    Enable FontAwesome Support via Theme Options > Speed Optimization.

    Clear your browser cache and try accessing your website again. Sometimes, a cached version of your website can cause issues with the display of your favicon.

    1) In order to solve your issue, Please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization and set Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources to Off.

    Additionally, go to Elementor > Tools and click on Regenerate CSS & Data.

    Clear the cache and check the result.

    2) We suggest that you attempt to temporarily disable any CDN caching and cache plugins, clear the browser cache, and then check again.

    If you are able to see the changes in the Customizer but not on the page front, it is likely a cache issue. If it is working correctly in the Customizer, it should also be working on the front end.

    We are pleased to hear that you have been able to resolve your styling issues.

    You can adjust the “Products Per View” for “Related Products” from XStore >> Single Product Builder >> Related Products as per your needs. Please refer to the attached screenshot for further reference: https://postimg.cc/rd4qV23k

    And in order to change its style you have to change the style of the complete shop products and it will adapt that style automatically, you can find the setting under XStore >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Shop >> Product Design as per your requirements.

    For the upsell products, you can add them by editing the products in your store. This will allow you to show as many upsell products as you would like on the front end. This is the only way to do this. Please refer to the screenshot provided here: https://prnt.sc/23o1wx5

    if you have turned ON Dropdown Opening Action option then you can only open the drop-down menu when the arrow is clicked.

We have checked your site again and it appears to be the same as when we first checked it, so it may be a caching issue or a conflict with a third-party plugin.

    We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clear the cache of your browser, and then check if the issue persists. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant us permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customizations, so that we can investigate and provide assistance.
