Image Watermark Plugins not working to add watermark

I have tried two watermark plugins, but they don’t seem to add watermark at last due to some error in the Media…

When I go to Media, select one or more file and add watermark….if gives some random error…..

I have Easy Watermark plugin installed now……can you please look into it to resolve the issue….

We kindly request that you check the issue by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Three, to ensure that the issue persists regardless of the theme.

If the issue persists, it would indicate that the issue is not related to our theme and you would need to reach out to the plugin support for assistance.

If the issue is resolved with the default WordPress theme, it should also be resolved with our theme.

I am not sure if I change themes….then how to come back and hve the customizations intact in xstore themes…..

Can you suggest way to keep customizations and then try changing themes as you say?

Hello @webpat,

We recommend that you take a full backup of your site or clone it as a test site before making any changes. This way, you can test out different themes without impacting your live site.
