How to edit/delete “Explore from Premium Brands”

I’m trying to change the “Explore from Premium Brands” text but I can’t hide or remove it without resorting to CSS understanding that it’s a statick block but where in the theme options do I change it? I went to Widgets in PreFooter but I don’t have anything put there.

To edit or delete “Explore from Premium Brands”, please navigate to the WordPress dashboard, select Static Blocks, then All Static Blocks, and edit or delete PreFooter – niche-market02 as needed.
