    Hello @LWK,

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We have done our best to help you.

    Let me explain the situation. You requested a translation of your website, and upon inspection, we found that your theme language files were only 7% translated in Loco. We then downloaded the language files of the Theme and Core plugin from our support site: https://www.8theme.com/glotpress/projects/xstore/ and replaced your translation files of the theme in the wp-content/languages/loco/themes folder. This solved the translation issues you reported.

    We also provided you with a URL from which you can translate or modify words as needed.

    We understand that you are not satisfied with the result and the 7% translation of the theme language file, which has now been removed/overridden by the new language files.

    We apologize for the inconvenience this situation has caused and would like to extend our sincerest apologies.

    We have two possible solutions for you:

    1. Please contact your hosting provider and request a backup of your site.

    OR

    2. Please provide us with the words and their translations so that we can make the necessary changes/translations for you.

    Regarding the administration terms, they have been translated due to the Core plugin translation files. If you do not wish for them to remain, please let me know and I will delete those files.

    And Finally again we apologize for any inconvenience caused in this case. Our intention was to help you and we regret that it did not turn out as expected. We hope you can understand.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello @morad,

        .single-product .page-heading {
            margin-bottom: 0 !important;
        }
    }

    2. Do you wish to make the “Add to Cart” button full width to the complete row on the mobile version?

    Hello, @Daniel,

    1. When clicking on a page, category, or product, you are seeing a blank page and encountering a “500 Internal Server Error” in the console. This error indicates a problem with the server. You should contact your hosting provider or server administrator to investigate and resolve the issue. They will be able to check server logs and diagnose the specific cause of the error.

    2. Despite setting up a caching plugin, your website remains slow. Caching plugins can help improve website performance, but there could be other factors contributing to the slowness. Consider the following steps to optimize your site’s speed:

    a. Optimize your images: Compress and resize images to reduce their file size.

    b. Minify and combine files: Use tools or plugins to minify and combine CSS and JavaScript files, reducing the number of requests.

    c. Enable browser caching: Configure your server to set caching headers, allowing browsers to cache certain static resources.

    d. Use a content delivery network (CDN): Offload static files to a CDN, which distributes them across multiple servers for faster delivery.

    e. Upgrade hosting resources: If your current hosting plan is insufficient, consider upgrading to a more powerful one that can handle the traffic and resource requirements of your website.

    You can read and follow the instructions to speed up your website in our theme documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/ & https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore/

    3. Occasionally, your website displays a “Fatal error” related to the memory limit being exhausted. Although you have double the required memory for the theme (256M compared to the required 128M), this error suggests that your website may require even more memory to function properly. Contact your hosting provider and request an increase in the memory limit to a higher value, such as 512M or higher, to avoid this error.

    Remember, it’s important to involve your hosting provider or server administrator in resolving these issues, as they can provide direct assistance and have access to server configurations and logs.

    Hello, @zzzz,

    If you are experiencing issues with the search bar options not loading in the Xstore theme on your WooCommerce site, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Clear your browser cache: Sometimes, cached files can interfere with the loading of new options. Clearing your browser cache can help resolve this issue.

    2. Check for conflicts with other plugins: The two AJAX search filter plugins you installed previously might have left behind some conflicting code. Ensure that you have completely removed these plugins and their associated files. Additionally, disable any other plugins that might be conflicting with the Xstore theme temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.

    If the issue persists, we recommend making your site live on a test live server and sharing your site WP Admin URL and Credentials with us under the private content area of this topic so that we will further look into it for you.

    We hope this information is helpful.

    Hello, @culkman,

    Thank you for your debugging and confirmation that the issue persists even after changing the theme to “Twenty Twenty-Three”. This confirms that the issue is not related to our theme and is only present on your site with the default WordPress Theme.

    We suggest that you reach out to WP Bakery support at https://codecanyon.net/item/wpbakery-page-builder-for-wordpress/242431/comments and ask them to fix this issue for you on your site with the default WordPress Theme. Once the issue is resolved with the default WordPress Theme, it should also be resolved with our theme.

    Also, try to reach out to your hosting provider as well as you have some errors in your site console as well.

    We appreciate your understanding.

    Hello, Rev7,

    Thank you for reaching out. we apologize for any confusion caused. You can add attributes to products. please read and follow the instruction written in this article: https://woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/#product-attributes

    However, displaying these attributes in the product list element (or another element) with the exact style and format you mentioned in your example is not readily available by default. The default product list element (or another element) doesn’t include an option to display attributes in that specific manner.

    Sorry, it is not possible with the current theme version and requires extra Customization.
    Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page.

    If you want paid Customization services submit a customization request to WPKraken team.

    OR

    To achieve the desired result, you may need to consider using a third-party plugin at your own risk.

    If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to ask. We are here to help.

    Hello @GNC,

    If you would like to add a specific static block for each category, you can add content into the Description area for the category. You can select the position via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > Shop Page Banner Position, as the category description content takes the position option from there (see screenshot: https://ibb.co/ncLmbMd).

    To do this, create a static block with the desired content and add it into the Description area for the category (see example screenshot: https://prnt.sc/HhirATNket-y).

    We hope this helps. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Hello @Rev7,

    Thank you for selecting XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

    We suggest that you deactivate the YITH WooCommerce Badge Management plugin and then check back. This should resolve the issue as the badges on your site are coming from that plugin.

    Furthermore, you can utilize the XStore Product Badges options available under Xstore > Theme Options > Woocommerce > Shop Elements. https://postimg.cc/8JwrXBmJ

    If you wish to use the plugin, you can resolve the issue by copying and pasting the Custom CSS code listed below into XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS. Please remember to clear your browser cache afterward.

    .content-product .sale-wrapper span.onsale {
    z-index: 4 !important;
    }

    We appreciate your business and thank you for choosing XStore.

    Hello, @helloaksjhf,

    The 404 error page typically appears when the requested page or resource cannot be found on the server. There could be several reasons why you are encountering a 404 error when trying to log out from your account in WooCommerce. Some possible causes include:

    1. Incorrect or outdated URL: Make sure you are using the correct URL or path to log out from your account. Double-check the URL to ensure it is accurate and up to date.

    2. Permalinks configuration: Improperly configured permalinks can also lead to 404 errors. Verify that your permalinks are set correctly in the WordPress settings.

    3. Missing logout template or page: WooCommerce relies on specific templates and pages for its functionality. If the logout template or page is missing or not properly set up, it can trigger a 404 error. Ensure that all necessary templates and pages are present and correctly configured.

    4. Server configuration or caching issues: Sometimes, server misconfigurations or caching problems can cause unexpected errors. Contact your hosting provider or server administrator to check if there are any server-side issues that could be causing the problem.

    Hello, Dee,

    Thank you for reaching out to us and allowing us the opportunity to clarify the functionality of the Xstore theme’s “Progress Bar” feature.

    To utilize the “Progress Bar” feature effectively, please ensure that you have enabled the option in the theme settings and configured it according to your specific requirements. Once the feature is enabled and set up correctly, it should work as expected.

    However, please note that the “Progress Bar” feature does not work in conjunction with WooCommerce shipping or products that offer free shipping based on a shipping class. This limitation is important to consider when using the feature in your store.

    For further guidance, please read our theme documentation here:

    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/progress-bar/
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/cart-checkout-progress-bar/

    We hope this information clarifies the functionality of the “Progress Bar” feature and assists you in effectively using the Xstore theme.

    Hello, @webpat,

    If the recent WordPress update has caused changes to the view of some pages on your website, there are a few steps you can take to restore the earlier views:

    1. Revert to a backup: If you have a recent backup of your website before the update, you can restore it to bring back the previous version, including the desired views.

    2. Revert to a backup: If you have a recent backup of your website before the update, you can restore it to bring back the previous version, including the desired views.

    3. Review plugin compatibility: Some plugins may not be fully compatible with the latest WordPress version, leading to view changes. Disable plugins temporarily and check if the views revert to the desired state. If a specific plugin is causing the issue, contact the plugin developer for support or look for alternative plugins with better compatibility.

    OR try to reach out to your hosting provider and ask to run the backup of your site.

    Remember to always keep your website and plugins updated to benefit from security improvements and new features while minimizing compatibility issues in future updates.

    Hello @culkman,

    Thank you for your purchase of our theme and for reaching out to our support center. We appreciate your business.

    1) Thank you for bringing the issue regarding the “custom heading” element to our attention. We have conducted a thorough investigation of your site and have determined that the element in question, which is not functioning properly, is actually a wp-bakery element rather than a component of our theme.

    In order to help you resolve this issue, we kindly ask that you try activating the default WordPress theme, such as “Twenty Twenty-Three”. This will help us determine if the issue is specific to our theme or if it is present across different themes.

    We kindly request that you inform us of the outcome after testing the element with the default theme. This information will be of great help in providing you with the best solution.

    2) We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Thank you for your cooperation and patience. We look forward to hearing back from you and resolving the issue promptly.

    Hello, @webpat,

    1. The error message “Clickable elements too close together” typically indicates that the elements on your mobile page, such as buttons or links, are positioned too close to each other. This can cause issues for users trying to accurately tap on a specific element, leading to a poor user experience.

    To fix this error, you can take the following steps:

    a. Increase spacing: Increase the spacing between clickable elements to ensure there is enough room for users to tap on them accurately. This can involve adjusting the margins or padding around the elements.

    b. Enlarge clickable areas: Increase the size of the clickable areas for buttons or links to make it easier for users to tap on them. This can be done by expanding the width and height of the elements.

    c. Enlarge clickable areas: Increase the size of the clickable areas for buttons or links to make it easier for users to tap on them. This can be done by expanding the width and height of the elements.

    d. Test on various devices: Check how your mobile page appears and functions on different devices and screen sizes. This will help you identify any specific issues related to the layout or spacing.

    e. Utilize Google’s Mobile-Friendly Test: Use Google’s Mobile-Friendly Test tool to identify any mobile usability issues on your page. It provides insights into how Google sees your page and can highlight any problems with clickable elements being too close together.

    By implementing these steps, you should be able to address the “Clickable elements too close together” error and improve the user experience on your mobile page.

    2. Yes you have to add the above code in XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS.
