    Hello @buscape,

We believe this is a cache issue. We suggest clearing the cache of your site and any cache plugins, navigating to XStore >> Theme Options, and republishing from there. After clearing the browser cache, please check back to your site. We believe this should resolve the issue.

We can confirm that your site is looking and working perfectly fine from our end.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

I’ve deactivated the cache plugin. And I opened the website from another laptop – same issue. I’m checking with private mode etc.

What do you mean by “republishing form there”?

I reverted to a backup from three days ago, and the issue disappeared. Now, I am investigating which update caused the problem.

Did you check the compatibility of the theme with WordPress 6.2?
So far, I have updated all plugins and themes, and they are working fine. I am just hesitant to update the WordPress core, because updraftplus doesn’t backup the WP core files.

    Hello @buscape,

    Thank you for your response.

XStore is compatible with WP 6.2, and here is our changelog – https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/

You can ask your hosting provider to help you create a full backup, for case something goes wrong.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
