    Hello, @PR,

Thank you for using our theme and for contacting us.

To add tab features with drop-down information, you may use the Accordion or Toggle element in Elementor to create as per your requirements.

We have recorded a video on our test site to demonstrate how to add tab features with drop-down information on a single product page. Please watch the video in its entirety and follow the steps shown.

    Hello, @PR,

Lazy loading is a technique used in computer programming and web development to improve the performance and loading times of web pages or applications. It involves deferring the loading of non-critical or secondary content until it is actually needed, rather than loading it all upfront when the page initially loads.

In the context of web development, lazy loading is primarily used for images and other media files, such as videos. Instead of loading all the images on a webpage simultaneously, lazy loading loads only the images that are visible in the user’s viewport or near it. As the user scrolls down or interacts with the page, additional images are loaded dynamically.

We have the Lazy Loading Option in our theme under XStore >> Theme Options >> Speed Optimization >> Image Loading Type (Lazy)

Alternatively, you can use the WP Rocket plugin as well, it also provides the option for the Lazy load of images and media, please refer to our theme documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore/

    Hello, @Ms Morbenia Morbeck,

    1. In order to modify the color of the product price on the single product page, please go to XStore >> Theme Options >>> Single Product Builder >> Price and adjust the color as desired. For reference, please see the screenshot below: https://postimg.cc/K3yC07Jf

    2. We have conducted an analysis of your website and have determined that you are using multiple language plugins, which may be causing conflicts. We suggest that you use a single language plugin to resolve this issue.

If you wish to use your website in a single language, we recommend using the Loco Translate plugin.

If you wish to use your website in multiple languages, we recommend using the WPML plugin.

We hope this information is helpful.

    Hello, @shadicent,

We regret to inform you that it is not possible to achieve your desired outcome with the current version of the theme. Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page.

If you would like to pursue paid customization services, we recommend submitting a customization request to the Codeable team via their website: https://www.codeable.io/?ref=qGTdX

Alternatively, you can post your request on our Taskboard at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. If it receives enough votes from other customers, our development team will consider adding it in one of the upcoming updates.

    Hello, @Isotto,

If you’re experiencing issues with your WordPress e-commerce website not detecting the presence of cache, and changes are not being reflected for users, it could be related to caching plugins or server-side caching. Here are a few steps you can take to address this issue:

    1. Clear your WordPress cache: Start by clearing the cache within your WordPress dashboard. Some popular caching plugins include WP Rocket. Look for the cache management options within your chosen caching plugin and clear the cache.

    2. Disable caching plugins: Temporarily disable any caching plugins you have installed and check if the problem persists. This will help determine if the issue is related to the caching plugin itself.

    3. Check server-side caching: In some cases, your hosting provider may have server-side caching enabled. Reach out to your hosting support and ask them to disable any server-side caching for your website. This will ensure that your changes are immediately visible to users.

    4. Implement cache-busting techniques: To automatically clear the cache for your users, you can implement cache-busting techniques. This involves appending version numbers or query strings to your CSS and JavaScript files, forcing the browser to fetch the updated files instead of using cached versions. This can be done using plugins like “Asset CleanUp” or by modifying your theme’s code.

    5. Test in incognito mode or different browsers: When testing changes on your website, use incognito mode or different browsers to ensure you’re not viewing cached versions of your site. This will help verify if the changes are indeed being applied correctly.

Remember to always take a backup of your website and database before making any significant changes to plugins, themes, or server settings. This ensures that you can restore your site in case something goes wrong.

    Hello, @hmf0160,

To cancel the default selection of “Mail to another address” on the checkout page in WooCommerce, you can follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your WordPress admin panel.
    2. Navigate to “WooCommerce” and click on “Settings.”
    3. Go to the “Shipping” tab.
    4. Look for the “Shipping Options” section and find the “Shipping destination” dropdown.
    5. By default, it is set to “Default to the customer billing address.” Change this option to “Default to the customer shipping address.”
    6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Save changes” to apply the new settings.

Once you’ve made these changes, the “Mail to another address” option should no longer be selected by default on the checkout page. Customers will see their shipping address pre-selected instead.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team.

    Hello, @Dilges Yildiz,

We are sorry to hear that you lost your settings after updating the theme. To avoid this issue in the future and preserve your settings during theme updates, here are a few recommended approaches:

Child Theme: Create a child theme for your WordPress site. A child theme inherits the functionality and styling of its parent theme but allows you to make modifications without affecting the parent theme’s files. This way, when you update the parent theme, your customizations will remain intact.

Please read our theme documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/child-theme/

Remember to back up your site before making any changes or updates, and test them on a staging or development environment to ensure everything works as expected.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme Team.
