    Hello, @hans,

Thank you for using our theme and for contacting us.

There are 2 ways, you can set https://prnt.sc/2DZvuplWMv6A in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop elements > Quick view OR disable More Details Link https://prnt.sc/ck6O_XM-_oMQ

It is because the description contains tags, and when a part of the excerpt is taken to show in Quick View, some unclosed tags cause the problem.

If the issue still persists then please share your site WP-ADMIN Login details in the below-listed format in the private content area of this topic, on which you are facing the issue so that we’ll check and assist you accordingly.

    Hello, @hans,

    Thank you for your response.

Please check if the problem is not caused by your custom changes in child theme files (temporarily activate the parent theme and check the Cart Off-Canvas content).

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team.

    Hello @hans,

When you switch between a child theme and its parent theme, your widgets and theme options (including the content of the header builder) may be different, as the child theme does not inherit all of the parent theme’s options, and the parent theme does not inherit the child theme’s options.

Therefore, before switching from the correct theme (where everything is as it should be), you should export the theme options (Theme Options > Export/Import) and then import them after switching. Widgets should be moved to the correct areas at Appearance > Widgets.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
