    2. We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    We have just checked your site and there is no such border in the header on your site. It is working perfectly fine at our end. We suggest that you clear your site and browser cache and check back again. We hope this issue will be resolved.

    In regards to the speed of the site, we have tested it on GTMetrix and the result is not bad (https://gtmetrix.com/reports/jygshop.com.ar/gBfhqBO7/).

    There are some more points that can be covered up to increase the site speed to more satisfactory numbers. Please refer to the recommendations provided by the GTMetrix report (https://postimg.cc/d72bMfXd).

    Please provide temporary wp-admin, and FTP access via the Private Content area so that we will check and install the latest version of the Woozone plugin on your site.

    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

    To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    If each additional website is simply a translation of the main one, then you do not need a separate license. However, if you wish to create a multilingual website, there is no need to launch a multisite. Instead, you can use a special plugin, such as WPML https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-with-wpml/ , which will create virtual subsites for each language. This will enable you to synchronize all products and switch between languages without any issues.

    The mentioned option affects columns for desktop view only. The mobile version shows 3 by default, you can see it on our demos.

    If you would like to change the thumbnails on mobile phone, please copy and paste the following CSS code into Xstore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and then clear your browser cache.

    We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with our theme. We have not found any evidence that the email builder in Patcher is causing the issue. It appears to be an issue on your site and we need to debug it.

    We recommend that you turn OFF the developer mode under Xstore >> Dashboard >> Built-In Email Builder. This mode is intended for when you have real orders on your website and want to send your customers old emails (not broken new ones) while you are building new emails with our builder.

    If the issue persists, please try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clear the cache of the browser, and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

    Alternatively, we request that you provide us with the URL and temporary access to the wp-admin of your website.

    This will enable us to take a closer look at your settings and provide you with a more accurate and specific solution.

    To do this, please create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with an administrator role and provide us with the username and password for the newly created account via the Private Content area.

    Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.

    We have recently tested your website on our personal mobile device and noticed that the sticky sidebar is not appearing on the mobile version. However, it is functioning properly.     Try to translate the non-translated words manually into Theme, Core plugin, and WooCommerce language files as well as using the Loco translate plugin.
