Mobile menu (hamburguer menu) is closing when trying to expand sub items

Hello,
Hope you guys are doing fine.

I am having an issue with mobile menu.
We are using it on desktop version too.
We have items and sub items on menu. But when trying to expand an item, the menu closes by it self.

Any ideas of why this could be happening?

Thank you for using our theme and for contacting us.

In order to resolve your issue, please navigate to Xstore > Theme Options > Header Builder > Mobile Menu > One Page Menu and toggle it OFF, then click Publish. After that, please clear your cache and check back to your site.
