You can edit Shop page layout via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout and Products Design. Categories inherit settings from the Shop page.

Yes, you can save and restore WooCommerce settings in WordPress using different plugins. Here are a few of them:
1. WP All Export and WP All Import Plugins: These plugins allow you to export and import various data, including WooCommerce settings.
Install and activate the WP All Export and WP All Import plugins.
Create an export file for WooCommerce settings using WP All Export.
Use WP All Import to import the settings on the new WordPress site.

We have identified the cause of the issue you were experiencing on your website. It appears that the problem arose due to the use of the Single Product Builder functionality of the Xstore Theme. The description widget of the Single Product Builder was not added to any section, which was the primary cause of the issue. This is because the Elementor page builder only allows you to edit the description of the product.
To resolve this, we have added the description widget to the Single Product Builder section and published it. As a result, your products are now editable with the Elementor Page Builder.
