Cannot Add Widget 8theme – Static Block In Footer Area

Hi,

I Cannot Add Widget 8theme – Static Block in the Footer Area. I Want to add Footer Static Block to Footer Column 1 Area.

But When I select 8theme – Static Block add try to add it then no name options available from all the area.

Please find the attached screenshot.

We regret to inform you that the WP-admin login details you have provided are incorrect or not functioning.

To address your concern, kindly follow these steps: Go to XStore, then select Theme Options, followed by General/Layout. Once there, please activate the Classic Widgets Panel option and proceed to publish it.

Please follow the steps below to add the 8theme- Static block widget in Footer Column 1:

1. Navigate to your WordPress dashboard.
2. Click on ‘Appearance’.
3. Select ‘Widgets’.
4. Add the ‘8theme- Static block’ widget in ‘Footer Column 1’.
5. Select the static block name within it.

Hi,

We have already done the above steps.

But the problem is in step number “5. Select the static block name within it.”

Even though We have static blocks as you can see in following screenshot, none of them appear when we try to do step 5.

I have changed the password and shared the same in private area. Can you please access the website and check.

Hello, @Zeal Evince,

We appreciate your cooperation in providing us with the login details. Upon reviewing your site, we noticed that a block widget had been added to the footer column 1, which was preventing you from selecting a particular block within it.

To rectify this, we have removed the block widget and replaced it with an 8theme – static block widget in the footer column. You are now able to select a block within it according to your preference.
